What if there is an issue with my tickets?

If there are any issues or discrepancies with the tickets that you receive from what you purchased, TicketIQ will do its best to find comparable or better replacement tickets. If replacement tickets cannot be found or are not available at a comparable price, TicketIQ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the order and refund to you the full purchase price. We may require that you return to us the tickets you initially received.

What if I don't receive my tickets on time?

Reach out to us within 5 days from the date the tickets were expected to arrive. Many teams, artists and venues do not release electronic tickets until 24-48 hours prior to event start time. Don't worry, we'll make sure you have your tickets in time for the event.

What if the event is cancelled or postponed?

If an event is cancelled and will not occur at a later date, we will issue you either a refund or credit (at our discretion and where allowable by law) for the full purchase price of the tickets. We will notify you that the event was canceled and the timing of your issued credit or refund. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, you may use the tickets on the rescheduled date.

What if my tickets are invalid?

In the unlikely event your tickets are deemed invalid by the venue, call TicketIQ customer support immediately at (845) 237-5342. To ensure you don’t miss the event, we will do our best to locate comparable replacement tickets. If you contact us after the event, we will thoroughly investigate the incident. After we confirm with the venue that the tickets are invalid, we will issue you a refund for the full cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges. For this guarantee to be in effect, you must contact TicketIQ customer support within 5 days of the event.

What are your Terms & Conditions?

TicketIQ can amend or cancel this BuyerTrust Guarantee at any time without notice. In the event of a change in our TicketIQ Guarantee, we shall post a revised version of our guarantee here, which shall automatically replace the terms of any previous guarantee posted here. Your continued use of TicketIQ.com and TicketIQ's services, as defined in the User Agreement, following the posting of a revised guarantee will constitute your acceptance of the revised guarantee. If you don't agree with the User Agreement or the terms of this guarantee, do not continue to use TicketIQ.com or TicketIQ's services.
